1. Payment methods
All payments are processed securely through the CHIP payment gateway. We accept methods supported by CHIP such as FPX (online banking) and cards. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes, if any.
2. Confirmation and receipts
Orders are confirmed after payment is successfully received. A receipt or invoice is generated automatically and can be downloaded from your account or sent by email.
3. Digital products and classes
- For digital products (eBooks, downloadable materials) and online class access, purchases are final once access is granted.
- Refunds are only considered if the material cannot be accessed due to a technical problem on our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
4. Consultations and bookings
- Rescheduling may be done at least 24 hours before the session at no extra charge, subject to availability.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
- If a session is cancelled by the consultant or by us, you are entitled to a reschedule or a full refund.
5. Physical products
For physical products sold by sellers on the platform, delivery and return terms may vary by seller. Please check the product information or contact the relevant seller. Claims for damaged or wrongly shipped items should be made within a reasonable time after receipt.
6. How to request a refund
To request an eligible refund, contact us at nurhaproduction@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within a reasonable time.
7. Discrepancies
If there is any discrepancy regarding a charge, please contact us first before disputing it with your bank or card provider, so we can resolve it quickly.
