By accessing or using eFaraid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
eFaraid provides an estate distribution (faraid) calculator according to the Shafi'i school, along with related services such as classes, consultations and a product catalogue. Calculation results are for reference and educational purposes only.
2. Not legal advice or an official fatwa
The calculations and content provided do not replace advice from the Syariah Court, Amanah Raya Berhad, a syarie lawyer, or a qualified religious authority. In the event of any dispute or confusion, please refer to the Syariah Court as the body with jurisdiction over the distribution of estates for Muslims.
3. User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date when necessary.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Special roles (consultant, teacher, seller)
Accounts with consultant, teacher or seller roles are approved by an administrator. Role holders are responsible for the accuracy of the information, client documents and products they handle, and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Purchases and payment
Purchases of products, classes and consultations are processed through the CHIP payment gateway. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Refund terms are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content, logos, text and software in the Service are the property of Nurha Consultancy or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or exploit the content without written permission.
7. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Attempting to intrude, disrupt or bypass system security.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, false or infringes third-party rights.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Nurha Consultancy is not liable for any loss arising from use or calculation errors, including distribution results not verified by the authorities.
9. Amendments to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
