How to delete your account

1. In the app: open Settings (Tetapan), tap Delete account (Padam akaun) and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
2. On the website: log in at efaraid.com, open Settings → Profile and press Delete account (your password is required).
3. If you cannot log in, e-mail us at apps@efaraid.com from your account e-mail address. We will delete it after verifying that you own the account.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, e-mail address, password (hashed) and Google sign-in link.
• Data synced from the app: cases, checklist ticks, Ilmu Faraid topics read, quiz records and app settings.
• All app sign-in sessions on every phone.
• Other account data on the website, including saved cases and uploaded files.

What is kept

• If the account has transaction records (for example receipts or paid bookings), those records are kept for accounting and legal obligations, but the personal information in them is masked and the account is permanently disabled.
• Periodic server backups made for disaster recovery; they are overwritten on the normal rotation.
• Data on your phone is not affected by deleting your account. Use "Padam semua data" (Delete all data) in the app's Settings or uninstall the app to remove it.
